PPI Provides fresh produce to local venues...

2022/2023:

PPI will be harvesting our winter crop of spinach, kale and arugula later this February. The spinach leaves are always big and sweet. Yes, you can grow greens in the winter in Montana with NO heat!

2021:

PPI has been bringing spinach to Food Works and a local restaurant this winter. We just delivered mountains of freshly harvested savoyed spinach to Food Works. The leaves are big and sweet. We delivered spinach, chervil and chard to Campione Restaurant in Livingston. Who says you can’t grow in the Montana winters without heat!!!
