Reaping a medicinal harvest specific to our growing zone is rewarding with these annuals and perennials that require little care other than good soil and sunshine.
We will learn about 30+ plants that thrive in a zone 4 environment … germinating, propagating, harvesting and storing. Resources for organic seeds and plants will be available.
Instructor: Bev Axelsen is an Herbalist, Instructor of Plant Medicine and Herb Classes, with 16 years experience growing herbs in Montana. Many great teachers have influenced her over the years; the most respected and knowledgeable being the plants themselves! She has studied in the mountains and prairies of Montana, the jungles of Belize, Costa Rica and in Bali. As a teacher and guide for others Bev promotes learning from direct experience with plants.
