Learn the basics of fermenting vegetables and making kombucha.

Bring your own veggies and a couple of jars and leave with your own kombucha, the beginnings of your own fermentation and the knowledge you need to start eating fermented vegetables.

Graters, slicers, knives, cutting boards and a few veggies will be available. Please bring the veggies that you are most interested in fermenting.

Class will be held at a location in downtown Livingston.

Class is limited to 6 participants.

$30 per person
