Volunteer Day: Planting (seeds and starts) for the Future!
Please join us to welcome the new gardening season by transplanting vegetable starts into the garden.
Your help allows us to supply the community with a larger amount of produce. We will prep the beds, follow a list of “how to” for planting and visit with other gardeners.
We will have some vege plant starts for sale. I have orders now for culinary herbs, tomatoes and peppers while supplies last. The plants will be started with Elliot Colman’s seed block mixture. Making the soil blocks is worth the effort to create strong healthy plants. These starts are easy to plant and, since we have so many of them, your help is appreciated!
