This building provides a space to clean and process vegetables and fruit for local sales, on a larger scale.

This year we held a class in the garden on seed collecting and used the washing station to gather together for seed snacks.

It also may be used as a farm stand.

The fourth use is to water the garden behind it with the water used to clean the vegetables.

The fifth use is as a grape trellis.

And for fun and enjoyment, for the sixth use, we can add tables and have a party just to socialize!
